Default Help finding an older unit with a large bed

Hello Everyone and thanks for reading this thread. I am moving to a Class B from a fifth wheel. I know the class B's are small, but many have the large queen/king beds I am looking for to accommodate my height. Since I am not going to be using the unit a lot, I am looking for an older mid to late 90's or early 2000's unit with a rear lounge. After much searching and reading specifications docs, I have found the PW Lexor TD and the RT Popular models seem to fit the bill. Any other suggestions of units/models to help me with my hunt for the right unit? I am not interested in a wide body at this time.
Thank you,
Scott

We have the capacity to make a 72"x72" bed right behind the cockpit but we don't because it is awful to try to exit it to the center aisle in the middle of the night. My point is, when you find one that has the arrangement you think you want, make sure you can get (in and) out of it when it is made and your bladder is full!

Yes indeed!. One of the reasons I want a rear bed. Ease of access and could just leave it as bed well traveling.

Rabbitman Scott, We're happy owners of a pre-owned Leisure Travel Van Free Spirit, if you want the diesel van. It has the floor plan with the rear reclining sofa that makes into a very generous "almost king" bed. There are a few early-2000s Free Spirits currently listed on rvtrader.com.

FYI the bed in our 2006 lexor is 72" w x 72" long on pass side, 75" long on drivers side.

this was about the largest bed we could find in a B

one of the VW rialta models had a pretty good sized bed as well

yes, stay away fro sideways sleepers- climbing over or being climbed over in the middle of the night will disrupt sleep. so most sideways sleeper models are out...

the RT 19' popular is fore/aft, the versatile is sideways

many of us leave the bed made up as is all the time- in our PW the center is filled with slats and then the bolsters fill the center- the space under we have a sterilite rolling bin, like you might use under a bed...but it is tall. our inflatable kayak fits in that...you gotta use every inch.
