We used to use Gas Buddy all the time and really liked it, but then they decided that saying which stations were Top Tier wasn't important and eliminated that information. Haven't used them since.

Those non Top Tier stations years ago now have fuel containing cleaner chemistry making them also top tier. ARCO is most notable.
