I read and sometimes randomly comment on the page. When reading that group, I treat it the same way as I do a physical visit to a RT-only dealership... I stifle the urge for sarcastic jibes and other stuff, and try to remain polite in their "house".

Now here, or Wincrasher's forum... different story. A spade is a spade in these places.

I think "Don't forget. The Internet is forever" sums it up nicely, too. You can't file complaints away in a drawer anymore.
