Sorry, that is all that I have . I did not have any trouble with any of the line when I installed mine.

Did you have to move the lines? I'm asking because there's a preexisting hole on both sides of the rig that could be used to secure the sway bar end links, and it looks like it's in the perfect location. But on the driver's side, the lines are secured with some sort of bracket in that hole.
Any advice or tips are appreciated.
Thanks.

I will have to go out a little later and look, it's been a while back that I did it.

It appears that I drilled new holes. I can not tell for sure on the driver's side about the bracket that you are talking about, can't get under it to see without jacking it up.

The holes weren't that bad to drill didn't even have to take the tires off.

Thanks, that helps a lot. I'll be crawling under my rig in the next couple of days to assess my situation.

Hi, I have a 2006 Excel and am going to do this. Did you do this yourself? Planning have to get all 4 wheels ( to keep suspension loaded ) up on ramps high enough to work under AND keeping vehicle level. Also have Firestone air bags and not sure if height of them matters on placement to mark drill holes of end links. Any thoughts?

Yes, I did this myself. I don't know that you need to raise the front end, actually, I don't remember that. I do know that you don't need to take the rear wheels off to drill the holes, but it would make it much easier. (I did have to drill the 2nd hole because I got the 1st one too far forward). Airbag height shouldn't make a difference. Hope this helps.

Thank you!!! I’m impressed you did that yourself, hope I can also. Looks a little intimidating. It’s tight under there. Gonna make 2x12 ramps so I can fit my pic-a-nic basket under there . I called Pleasure Way a few months ago and they told me which Roadmaster swaybar to get which and 2” wheel adapters (spacers) to put on to extend width of rear wheel base. Never seized face of hub and used orange Permatex threadlocker on wheel spacer studs and torqued at 135 lbs. Got one side on before rain hit, working on other now. Thanks again for help.

I would be interested in the wheel spacers if they do you any good.

Had a local shop install mine. Made sure my air bags were at my preferred pressure (50 psi), and that they had the rig up on their ramp so that the wheels were under load. Be sure to re-torque everything after driving 50 miles or so. I did add the wheel spacers myself, and I feel they did help with the stability of the rig.

Hey, That's good to know. It just seems that mine wants to wander a bit, maybe not just wander but just kind of a dart to one direction or another at times. If that makes any sense.

I just realized that I never posted what I ended up doing after all the discussion.
Sorry about that all.
As in my original post I was looking to improve the handling just a little bit. I ended up installing SumoSprings SSR-107-47 in the rear. I'm very happy with the results. The little bit of rocking/swaying after going around a corner is almost completely gone.
Thanks for your input booster, leva56 and rowiebowie.
Dave
