Default For Your Friday Night Amusement

Last year we got a campground spot at Hannigan's Meadow. That's in central eastern AZ close to the New Mexico border. After checking in we drove to the trailhead of the Bear Wallow trail in the Blue Primitive area and hiked. That's where the massive wildfire in AZ was started by tent campers who didn't put their fire completely out. When we returned we found this next to our campsite.

We decided not to stay. I don't think we would be in danger of the bear but we didn't want to hear the trap going down in the middle of the night and the whining afterwards.

Went down the road a half mile to a campsite that was completely unoccupied.

Much better.
