Default Fixing crack in leather

I have a crack that has begun to develop in a seat. It's a single crack but very apparent. Hasn't gone through the backing on the leather. I don't want to have it completely redone but looking for some way to do a color-match patch. I figure some of you have dealt with the same problem and would appreciate any suggestions. Thx.glenn
