Sammie14-interesting about your dog because in the J model which I would favor, the dog would be on the floor.
Definitely more sway than a Class B or even the slightly larger Trend/Viva.

Going back to the Kool-aid of the original discussion and the thin skins of some members over on Facebook. I've been blocked by RT Campskunk and I was the one on here who supported him since I agreed with what he posted.
No good deed goes unrewarded...

I wouldn't be surprised that anyone, who participated in a discussion here about Roadtrek business practices not being the best, might get banned on the Roadtrek sight. Hammil, in particular, has always been very aggressive in attacking comments that are made on forums that he thinks are unfair.
Roadtrek was very smart in getting the social media going, and especially adding Campskunk and Yan Seiner to their payroll as they were both respected contributors on several forums. I think now that initial momentum might be fading a bit, and folks are starting to ask some of the tougher questions, with less likelyhood of taking the "proprietary" stuff for an answer. Campskunk and Yan are now mostly recognized as employees of Roadtrek, so their status as impartial contributors has dwindled to low levels. The recent rollout of the new products, at least so far, certainly has not helped the situation, with all the wrong information that was given out.
I think Roadtrek feels they are losing control of the conversation and they are trying to get it all back in line, but I don't know if that will be possible, except for a small group on the Facebook site.

Oh no! You didn't whine in a no whine zone did you?
For the most part Roadtreking: The Group on Facebook has a lot of interesting postings by its members. It seems the tensions build up I think in the way the group deals with its members. Pleasure-way has had a long running Facebook group that seems to have a lot more harmony among its members. I think a lot of that has to do with factory support with problems and the actual Pleasure-way employees don't participate directly in the forum to be targets for tension and frustration.

His posts are not visible to me.
And no... it wasn't for anything that I posted there, it was my response to a comment here about a comment there. Someone posted that Mike had said something on the Facebook page and I confirmed that it wasn't Mike but Campskunk. But I wasn't critical of Roadtrek... though my post here could have been taken as critical of Winnebago.
It is, after all, completely clear over there that he, Mike, and Jan are employees, and that it is a commercial promotion page and so what? That is the great benefit of Facebook and all three of them (plus JimH) are great for getting things answered. This board was more helpful for me than calling the factory.
Seems rather juvenile to me.

Well, if the lithium battery thing doesn't work out, I'm sure they can get by on the margin they are getting on solar cookers!

And that is why you use different names on forums than your Facebook persona.

I never said a View was equal to Class B, but they are a lot closer than people think once they take off there "B" glasses, drive them and actually look at the measurements.

Your own data indicates a Class C View is a 10 inches wider than a Sprinter. That would be significant in many situations.

Actually I'm not considering any Sprinter B vans as their bathrooms are too small. So a better comparison would be to the Promaster which is 9" although that doesn't make that much of a difference 9" vs 10". The surprise is when you compare it to a RT 210 and the difference is only 2" in width.

So apparently we are not even supposed post on any other board... or you are tarred (along with me) for consorting with those that don't follow the party line.
I didn't see one thing that you said negative...

I was kinda shocked today that my WGO post was not summarily deleted. I guess too many clicked "like". And not one disparaging comment by the Illuminati.
