Dometic Fridge problem

I have a nearly new unit with a Dometic RM 8505 Fridge. The lights continually flash with a beep every few seconds. Dometic support says it thinks the door is not shut properly. I can't even turn it off! (Maybe by pulling a fuse I suppose)

Seems that the door is shut properly as far as I can see and feel.

Anybody know how to handle this problem?

I recently replaced my 3 way dometic fridge. I put it to the test of each to see operation of each and was happy of performance of each way . The last test was DC mode which worked fine for 3 days. The 4 day I saw all lights flash on and off continuously plus a beeping sound. I thought I was going to pull the fridge and send back to the vendor for replacement until I realized the DC voltage was too low to operate fridge this causing to go to error mode. Once I charged the battery, no more bells and whistles, everything back to normal.
