Question CS Adventurous -Slow water drip front right

I have a 2018 Roadtrek CS Adventurous affectionally named Bert. We are getting Bert ready for a lengthy cross country trip. He is sitting in front of our house plugged into shore power with the AC unit running. Right now, the fresh water tank is full. I have a steady water drip in the front right (passenger side.). It's directly in front of the tire just below what I think is the DEF tank. It is dripping from between the front bumper and a black plastic guard of some type. It's definitely water - I've tasted the drips. I don't see any dampness in the engine compartment or underneath other than the drip spot. The engine has not been on for a few days. Is it possible this is roof AC condensate? Is my fresh water tank leaking - it is on the other side of the tire and that doesn't seam to make sense. Anyone have any experience to help out a puzzled RV'r?

Default Turn off AC to test

Turn off AC, wait a few hours and see if the drip stops. That will tell if it is the AC or something else. My bet is on the AC condensation.

On our Agile the AC condensation drains down the front, below the hood and out onto the ground by the front passenger side tire.

Btw Bert is a great van name.
