The annual festival in Elko, Nevada held from Jan 31 till Feb 2.
My friends living in Montana want me to come up there for it.
What's it like...music? dance or just cowboys waxing philosophically? Ok RV camping?
It sounds kinda cool! Actually, it sounds cold. Like freezing cold!
I'm a born and raised So Cal spoiled wuss when it comes to that. Spent 16 years in Green Bay, Wis. and that was about 15 years too long.
I suppose I could suck it up if it's really a fun get together. I've been fly fishing with them up there and also plan a float trip down the main fork of the Salmon River in Idaho. We Did the middle fork last summer. Those were summertime activities though!
Should I go to Elko or wait till summer to see them?
