Contoure Microwave
Just did 2,000 mile shakedown cruise in new 2019 Airstream Interstate Grand Tour. Among many new things to explore and learn is the Contoure RV 1000S BRW browning microwave. It is a slide out drawer model under the galley counter. The owners manual is sketchy and useless. The microwave part is straightforward, but I can only guess about the browning function. I’m guessing it’s like a broiler. That said, there is no turntable or glass dish. Only a wire rack with no explanation how to use it. We enjoyed the convection microwave capability in the previous four rv’s. What was Airstream thinking? There are some links to Contoure at a Florida location, but no useful information online. Do other manufacturers use this model, and does anyone have any experience with it?
