Way too much bathroom space for our tastes. Also looks to have very little storage space for such a big B (24' I assume from the model number). I think we would really miss some sort of rear door access storage for things like lawn chairs, tables, etc that might be wet or dirty.
I am excited about a twin bed model. The kitchen and twin beds reminds me of their 220 model so I suspect that the pictures of the 220 will give us an idea of what the Arriva will look like.
I like the layout because it appears to solve both the class B dry bathroom issue, and the disturbing your copilot in the middle of the night going to the toilet issue, with a simple, functional, floor plan.
Questions would include, but are not limited to, can the bed be easily made into a queen/king configuration, and does the sink/range/stove counter space using approximately half of the side door opening, present any issues? Maybe someone with that chassis can supply some insight, knowing the physical dimensions of the side door? Will entrance and egress be a problem?
My only other concern, which will likely kill any chance of an average person ever owning one, will be the probable mega-price tag.
The toilet comes with a three point seat belt harness, so it appears it is NHTSA compliant.

Shouldn't be any issues getting in and out since our ERA is the same way with it's counter, unless there's something there not showing in the pic.
Not knowing how much they get for the rest of their line of units, it's hard to judge the price. However I can't imagine them being any cheaper than the ERA is which is now going for low to mid $80's for the 70A on the '14 chassis....

There are at least 2 RV Shows in our neck of the woods coming up, so maybe they'll have one there. Although they're based in Florida, I see. We may attend both and will post up anything interesting that we see there. Would also love to see an Axis in the flesh, but they aren't very plentiful around here either.

Minneapolis has an RV show next weekend but I doubt we'll see this one there. They haven't even built or published photos of an actual van yet have they?
I'm have a duh! moment here. Couldn't you switch the beds with the bathroom by moving the bed to the back and still have the same layout of separate bath and shower? I know that would create aisle way through the area and not give such a luxurious bath situation but still. If the plan were left as is I suspect you could also design that back end more efficiently and more compact to create a storage area accessible via the back doors rather than opening right up on the bathroom.
To take care of all these new kitchen counters that are all sink and stove I wonder if induction electric cooktops could become a better choice.
I like the front end. I would like a B with the two front cab seats turned around with ample room to get into the seats and having that work (computer) desk available to the driver seat. You seem to only get that when they add a superfluous (to us) third or fourth seat in many Sprinter designs.

Coach House has pictures on their site under the new units. Perhaps someone could post them. The unit has great features. The back doors open to the bathroom which would allow some storage while traveling. The fridge is large and a flip up counter extends the counter space. I like the large pantry and wood cabinets but would probably never use the outside facing tv.
