Calgary suffered a freak snowstorm in early September which downed thousands of tree branches and utility lines. This was just a little too close...

Glad it didn't get the van.

I neglected some trees in my yard for a few years and planned to clear them up after the leaves fell this fall. Over the summer I lost numerous branches to weight from fruit. In one case the tree split in half and I may lose the entire tree.

Tree maintenance. More important than we think.
