Cllaurence window won’t crank

We have a 2006 Roadtrek with the rear side Crank windows. The knob will turn but window doesn’t open. Tried crlaurence and dkhardware and they say they don’t sell parts for this window. Anyone successful in repairing rather than replacing? Thanks!

Just saw a link for them on Facebook's Roadtrek Chevy Owners. If I can find it again, I'll repost it here.
