Chevy rebadging NVs?

I can't really verify the veracity of this, but I did read earlier today that Chevy/GMC is planning to rebadge Nissan NVs, call them the Express City. Anyone have any better info on this?

If true, I'd not be surprised. The Express is a very good chassis, but the world is moving to fuel efficiency and the Euro van profile with the higher rooflines.
