California smog
I have a 1994 Intervec Falcon on a Ford E350. Smog guys tell me I have a vapor leak coming from the gas tank. I have had two different mechanics say they tried to drop the tank to replace the vapor leaking hose, but cannot do it. They say the waste water tank needs to be dropped first, and they were not prepared to do it. Who can do this? Since it failed smog, I think only Star Smog places can do it. This is an expensive pain in the rear. Anybody know somebody who could do this for a decent price?
