Default Broken Plastic valve under sink

Upon getting familiarized with our ‘93 Coachmen we spotted this broken valve under the sink.

Questions
1. Are the gray valves the hot and cold water shut-offs?
2. Where do we obtain replacements?
3. Any tricks to installation..

They could be low point drains. Look under the van to see if a bit of pipe protrudes at those two locations.

I agree with markopolo. I had a rig with that exact same valve for low point drain. Looks like PEX plumbing. I don't know where you would find that exact valve but here are some on Amazon that might be adapted for the purpose:

Thank you both, they are definitely low point drains. I have seen other owners have replaced them with ball valves, some inside the RV and some outside. Guess I’ll be putting my plumber hat on.

Will there be similar drains for the tub, toilet and fresh water tank or are those the low points for the entire water supply?
