There are a number of things that Sportsmobile solves. While not in ARV's league with the Silverleaf controller functionality, they used to be able to offer a propane-free rig by using an Espar diesel hydronic heater/water heater, a Webasto stove, and a PowerTech generator situated just north of the tow hitch, protected by skid wheels. There is also an option for a second alternator that would go into a "hybrid" 3000 watt inverter/converter, so one could run the A/C on shore power, the PowerTech generator, the vehicle's engine, or any combination of the above.

None of this is as fancy as RT's engine generator, but it is a way for one can run their rig with just one fuel.
