Black tank hose

Hello,

I’m loving my 2004 170 Popular Roadtrek that I purchased two years ago. After my last camp out, realized why I struggled getting the hose to the black tank back in. The cap was wrapped with duck tape and a collar attached was too big. Thought I got it fixed but there is a hole in the tube and it’s leaking.

Wondering, can the tube to the black and grey tanks be removed and replaced? If so, what is the length and size? The tubes I see in the stores seem wider.
