Question bike rack

I have a 2005 Roadtrek Popular 210....I have a mount in the front, and 2 in the back. One mount was originally for the Spare Tire. I chose to take that off and carry my tire underneath.

!st question....is there any way to improvise the hitch that was for the tire and now use it for the bike.

If not, 2nd question is where can i find the simplest bike rack for 1 bike, so I don't have to transport inside.

I type in Google bike hitch for 1 bike for rv and haven't even come close to what i am looking for.

Please be patient with me if I have interchanged the words mount (which I believe is what is on the vehicle, and hitch with is the unit that carries the rack. If I am confused, please help me out....This is a 1st unit and a 1st journey I am planning. Any help would be appreciated

I’m not sure what you’re looking for but this is what I use for one bike: https://www.1up-usa.com/product/2in-...gle-bike-rack/

Perhaps the Thule T1 bike rack would work for you?

The socket on the van is called a hitch receiver. They come different sizes; the two most likely sizes on your van are 2" and 1-1/4". That's the internal measurement.

You are looking for a hitch receiver bike rack in the size that fits your van.

There are adapters to fit a 1-1/4" rack into a larger 2" receiver if necessary.

Depending on whether your hitch receiver is tucked under the van, you might need a hitch extension also.

You will need a hitch lock to secure the bike rack to the van.
