Default Best Time of Year to Sell a Class B

Is there a better time of the year or not.....to sell a Class B; or has the pandemic changed all that...creating a demand for quality units all year long. I ask because we are pondering the idea of selling our Fleetwood IROK (Midwest Auto Design builder) but unsure if we should do it before year end, or wait until late Spring 2021.

Arizona market typically remains strong through the winter. Might be a bit slower this year due to the border closure and fewer Canadian snowbirds. But that could be partly offset by COVID-related demand. There is little to be lost by listing it now if you are set on selling. Once the calendar flips over it will be perceived as a year older.

I think the East Coast market is very strong. Prices very high and Coaches are hard to find. Unless the price is extremely high, they are getting scarfed up as soon as they hit the market.
