Interesting idea? How stable are these things? Just like travel trailers get level with jack but wheels still sit on ground? Tires sitting on ground provides lots of stability. These might get you level but how stable?

It IS interesting.
Every once in a while I start thinking about adding levelers. Then I look at the price, and I immediately start thinking "there must be a cheaper way"...

I installed airbags on my Bigfoot trailer, at low pressure they soften the suspension but the key goal was side to side leveling on some rough campsites. Total travel was about 3” which was enough on most of campsites. It took seconds to level side/side and a little longer front/back with the tongue jack.

My bus conversion road on air springs. Once figured out it was no big deal to build a valve maniford, run some wires and tubing, switches and gauges and have a leveling system. Just not sure about the jacks and guessing it is not an original idea and someone has done it already.
This is in the I was thinking stage and have no answers only questions.

So what's the plan?
Is it that one installs the jacks upside down on either the front or the back? The lift of this jack is around 10". So you use 5" for vehicle clearance and the other 5" for potential lift? Plus, you need to find a mounting point that is both structurally adequate and also provides another 5" or so for the item itself.
Is that what you have in mind?

You could install airbag kit for rear wheels, this type of system would have limited travel but likely enough in most situation. If you feed them separately it would allow you to have some side to side levelling ability.

No plan! May not even be doable, musing and looking for input, thoughts, ideas and wisecracks.

given that about 70% of the campsites that we frequent have either rip-rap crushed stone surface or have rocky outcroppings, I'd be concerned about punctures.
But an interesting idea and one real nice thing is that shouldn't eat up a lot of storage space

My guess is the bags are not going to feel very stable and they only provide 5 inch of lift. In my driveway I need minimum 6 inch, that is with getting up close to the house, 8 inch would be better
I would bet they would work well for some people?
I have toyed with foam ramps, need to get Foamular 600 for something that lasts so that is no longer on the to play with list.
