Battery recommendation
Getting ready to head out on a 6 month trip in our 2011 Pleasure-way lexor, we love this van, one negative it only has one series 27 battery for the coach which is approx 3 years, so to avoid any issues on the trip I am looking to replace this battery maybe a sealed AGM with as much power as possible, if anyone has any suggestions would love to hear them.
Thanks

Lifeline GPL-31XT. Expensive but top of the line.

I was also going to suggest that one.....
If the gp 31 will fit his case, if not the Lifeline gp27

NAPA 9833 GP31 (manfuactured by DECA). First rate and NOT expensive.

Yes, the NAPA 9833 is less expensive than the Lifeline GPL-31XT but it's an Apple and Orange comparison. The 9833 is rated at 105 ah. The GPL-31XT has a 20% higher rating, 125ah. Considering the constraint of a single house battery, IMO, it's well worth the higher cost.

My interstate grp 27 from Costco went over 6 years
replaced with same
managing energy use is the difference between overnight and 5 or 6 days off grid
use propane when you can for the fridge, if you haven't switch your interior lighting to led ( uses 1/10th the power) don't "leave" stuff on like the TV antenna amplifier or phone chargers
if your battery runs low very likely your gas detector will go off with low voltage. it is also possible that as the battery runs down it may trip a 12 volt circuit breaker. on my 2006 lexor these are on pass side beneath bed, behind door next to gas detector.
maintaining a battery is keeping it at a good state of charge between trips, keeping the casing clean and topping up with distilled water if required

I agree with mike plus some other considerations:
When you check out batteries read the spec sheets on dimensions carefully. My old 97 RV had an old size 24 in the battery box. I got a much larger LifeLine that didn't look like it would fit.....until I realized I could cut off the strap ears and it would fit.
I also have a portable solar panel. 100W. Works well for recharging if you're at a campsite for a few days. I chain it to a tree or picnic table if I leave to go to a trailhead, shopping, etc.
I use a product like this (mine has been discontinued) to charge phones and ipads. Works well.

Thanks to all who responded, very much appreciated, I will be purchasing a top of line battery for the coach, to eliminate battery anxiety, and as my wife will be working on her computer on this trip, I will be purchasing a Jackery battery 500 with the solar panels, that should take care of all her power needs,
Safe travels.

You might wind up very disppointed in that setup, depending on your expectations. That is a tiny battery at barely about 40ah at 12v and the 100 watts of solar will only give about 30ah per day under excellent sun conditions and under 5ah per day in poor conditions.
Time to hook up the laptop to a power meter and see how much power she will be using and how it will be recharged if the sun is bad as it will probably only last 1+ days of use without recharge.
