Default Atta Boy for Fantastic Vent/Fan folks

I was up on top my 1999 American Cruiser the other day and noticed that the previous owner must have driven under a tree or something and gouged the Fantastic Fan vent cover. I decided since it has yellowed with age I'd order a new white vent cover. Well on looking at what was offered for replacement and the different types plus the cost .........I needed to know what model fan I had. So armed with the description I called customer service at Fantastic Vent. Spoke with a service tech and explained I wasn't the first owner and it was gouged/cracked plus yellowed with age. He said from my descripion that I had the 6000RBTA. I said thanks alot that's what I needed. He said give me your name and address plus the manufacture and year of your unit and he would send me a replacement right away! I said your just going to send me a new cover? He said yes and it was their policy. Now how's that. My van was purchased 3rd hand and 11 years old plus manufacture is out of business since 2002. That's what I call REAL customer service. They now have a customer for life. Just needed to spread the good word..................Mike

Little gems like that make it all seem worthwhile, don't they?

Isn't nice to know that there are businesses out there who treat people with respect, and will send out a replacement part, without cost, without a second thought. I've experienced their generous help, and I will always buy their products. A couple of years ago I did buy their table top fan, that operates off of the 12v system - worth every dime spent. Safe travels.
