Anyone with Chevy Express seat belt repair experience?

I have a 2016 Roadtrek 190 Popular built on a 2015 Chevy Express chassis.

The passenger’s side seat belt is extending properly. Once extended in a stable no-G normal state it locks in place, prohibiting further extension.

I know how seat belts work. I have taken them apart. I have fixed them.

Just wondering if anyone here has actually removed and cleaned or repaired this type of pendulum?

Not looking for thoughts or opinions.

Looking for someone who has actually wrenched one apart and can tell me of their actual experience.
