Any way to easy wire a 110v outlet to roof?

Any ideas on best way to wire a 110v power outlet onto roof without making new holes (2015 TS). There is exiting 12v wiring for awning that I'm thinking I'll take a look at to run the wire along side but I heard also running underneath A/C along side the tv coax might be an option as well. Other ideas?

some who are running wiring for solar use the plumbing vent stack- for instance in my van I could ( but I have no need) access the pvc pipe inside one of my cabinets, drill into it and introduce wiring. with a fish tape I could pull it up the pvc pipe to the roof.
