Default Alloy wheels on 1997 Leisure Freedom

We are fed up of losing wheel covers from our RV. OEM are no longer available and other types seem of poor quality. We are considering alloy wheels. Opinions would be gratefully received.

When considering alloy wheels it's important to ensure that the replacement wheels have the same or at least nearly the same offset as the factory wheels.

I would not hesitate to get some alloy wheels for a van, but the caveat is if they have the same or larger load rating as the OEM wheels.

If you get some decent, all black ones, it can't hurt.

I'm also having fun on my y2k Chevy loosing hubcaps.

My latest idea is to use the center cap hub caps that have plastic threaded nuts on them that screw onto the outside threads of the lug nuts. I also ordered up a set of stainless beauty rings. The rings have arrived, still waiting on the center caps.

We'll see how this works out.
