Default Aftermarket Safety Equipment Updates

Has anyone experimented with aftermarket safety equipment such as lane departure systems, 360 degree cameras or alarms on their RV? Do they work? Are they worth the trouble?

I put a 3 camera monitoring system from www.rearviewsafety.com on my Sprinter. I used a rear brake light camera and 2 side camera with a 7" monitor. Unlike the single MB rear view camera, they are on all the time so I can glance down and see what is on my side or rear for backing up and changing lanes. I like it and it wasn't very expensive.

I installed a 360-degree "bird view" camera system in my Sprinter. It displays on the (relatively small) OEM nav screen. Works well and a lot of fun. Honestly, though, it is really more of a novelty than a safety feature. Might be more useful on a bigger screen. It does serve as a very thorough "dash cam", and records continuously while driving.
