The photo dates back to 2010. I don't know if you can get current year Winnebago Era models with this option.

The Winnebago 70A model might allow for more sleeping spaces if it can be Ability Equipped.

It might be possible to have it added as an after market option. There are some companies that will add custom stuff like that to increase accessibility, and that's a great thing to know. I would guess each chassis manufacturer knows at least one company that can work with their product.
RV-ing in a class B is definitely possible for folks with mobility challenges, and that rocks.
