Default 2008/09 Chevy PleasureWay TS Sofa Issue

My power sofa goes up and down (Bed mode) but if in sofa mode it's stuck in the front and won't go towards the rear (For more leg room). Motors are fine, I think one brings the sofa up/down and the other forward and backwards in the sofa mode. When I try to move it back, the motor kicks on and jerks it, but that's it. I removed the two nuts that hold the worm gear, but not sure what to do after that. PleasureWay shows how to manually move it once the worm gear nuts are removed. I'm tugging on it, but I don't want to force anything. Please advise & thanks
