I'm coming to this thread late, in addition to the advice given above I'd like to add my 2 cents. FWIW, I made the following changes to my 2005 RT 210 Pop. Sold the incorrect offset aluminum wheels RT put on with correct offset 7" wide OE Chevy steel wheels. (Thanks Booster) Upgraded to 265/75x16 E range Michelin tires. Accurate front alignment. Installed the correct Bilstein shocks. Set tire pressures at 65 psi front/80 rear.
These changes made an improvement in drive ability/handling.
As for speed limiter, I was not aware of it having a limit. At one point I was passing a long line of sightseers, when I looked at the GPS it was showing 90.
