So did you lose your selector knob? If so, it would help to post brand, year, and model of your fridge.

The refrigerator is a Dometic RM2453R 3 way, AC, DC, and propane.

I suspect you may have to find another knob and adapt it to your needs.

suggest you measure the diameter of the shaft and any detents/flat spots ( D shaped?) or index


electronic surplus often have piles of knobs in various sizes, assume you likely have a flat side with a spring like collar on the knob shaft ( like an old tv channel changer)


measurements will make easier


music gear hobbyists or ham radio people often have a box of knobs n such stuck under the bench as we are always strip off parts from failed gear


another source could be a mom and pop used appliance sales/repair shop or old BBQ- in my neighborhood old appliances are often set in the alley for recyclers- a source to salvage knobs



you'll get there without having to chew it up with pliers- just try to get a measurement from your shaft or a forum member with same model fridge


a quick look on the web suggests knob part number 2932605013 ( these appear to come in tan or black) to fit on thermostat part number 2931336016- find one of those to get a measurement from
