Default 1989 RAM Van B350

My Van has started acting weird, it has little power and a little jerky for about 2-3 minutes (1 trip around the block) then returns to normal.

Do you think my fuel pump is starting to fail or possibly a timing/distributor issue?
I do not think it is my tranny since these old Chrysler 3 speed trannies are built like a tank.
