12v DC System Problem

I have a Roadtrek 2002 Dodge190 Versatile. We were going to start our trip when I unhooked the shore power, the 12 volt DC did not come on. Nothing works ie the lights, the refrigerator, the monitor.. I checked the house batteries and they are fully charged. With shore power everything works. What is the cause of this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

First and most obvious thing to check is whether the master battery disconnect switch is at 12 o'clock or 3 o'clock position (off or on). It should have been "on" when everything was working on shore power, but could it have been switched "off" at some point after unplugging.

Your van could have Intellitec battery disconnect, if yes is the red LED on?
