Purchasing a Rialta on EBAY

We are looking at the possibility of buying a Rialta through EBAY. Owner says it is covered under EBAY Motors Protection Policy. Has anyone done this before? Also the one we are looking at is a 1995 with 61000 miles, original owner. As the first year of production, would anyone discourage a 1995 purchase as opposed to a newer one? Of the various Class B vehicles out there, we certainly like the looks and reputation of the Rialta. Have checked Baldy's website, very informational. What's anyone's thought on the '95?
