Default Newbie to RV's,stumbled into owning this 4x4 xplorer

Hello Everyone,
Awhile ago I made a statement that I would one day own this crazy 4x4 van/rv thing. Well here we two years later and I own said 4x4 van thing.Original plans were to lift it, take it to the outer banks for fishing and exploring. From the little info I can find apparently I have something rather rare here, so I don't think I'll be taking that approach. What I know about her....1985 xplorer, 360,727 divorced dana case. Haven't had the time to tinker with everything but it is equipped with stove, sink, refrigerator, shower, toilet, cool swiveling reclining front seats,ac for the van plus the roof mount, onan generator. It's a pretty cool piece, I still don't know what I am going to do with it or if I even want it haha. Y'all seem like a good group of people I'm sure I will have lots of questions along the way.

Man, that thing IS neat and being a 4x4 van it’s pretty desirable no matter what you do with it. More pictures please!

That's really cool! Do you know if it's original 4x4 or is it converted? Please post more pictures when you get a chance.

Default Awesome!

I'd be stoked my mine to be 4x4 too! I just put some all-terrain tires on so she looks a little more bad ass Excited to read about what you plan to do.
