New to Rialta

We found a 2002 RialtaHD on a RV lot just by chance. Looks just right for the two of us. Never heard of Rialta before, but this one is in very good shape and just the right size. Our concern is that it has 102K miles and 98 hours on the generator, but includes all the upgrades. Apparently owned by Scripps Institute of Oceanography (not sure whether that is good or bad). Dealer doesn't really deal with these vehicles, but claims it's all good. Wants 19,900. What should we checkout? Is mileage a concern, time on the generator? Please advise--we haven't driven it yet, but by comparison, the price seems really good.
