Purchased our first RV in October '2017. A used '2012 Airstream Avenue Suite. Think Roadtrek 190, reverse the galley and wet bath, and you'll have a pretty good idea of the configuration. It had the 3 things on our "must have" list: 1) a 76" bed, 2) wet bath, & 3) standing height for my 6'2". I must confess I can only stand completely upright when centered under the recess of the Fantastic Fan.
I have only met one other Avenue owner on the Airforums site since there were not too many of these made. Airstream went to the Chevy 3500 (while still offering the Mercedes 3500 Interstates) for a limited run from '2010-'2102 before ceasing production. The gas 6.0 engine is a beast and gets 15 mpg, so we're pretty happy. I'm hoping to get more insight from those with the Chevy chassis on this forum, since Airforums is 99.9999% Mercedes.
