We are looking to purchase a Rialta. We live in Ky, and a dealer in Lexington has a 1996 with 66000 miles on it. He is asking $13000. Is this fair. He claims all systems are working. We are going to inspect it soon. What should we look for? Are there common areas that are problems? Any suggestions that you have would be appreciated. Thanks Bob Fears
