Default Looking for Rialta HD


Greetings! My husband and I are in S.C. and have been searching for a Rialta HD - hopefully 2000 or 2001. He said he learned that after 1999 the engine was more powerful. Any feedback is helpful. Would love to get in touch w/anyone that might have input. Want to spend 25-30,000.
