Looking for replacement filter for Duotherm

Hi, we just bought a 2004 Pleasure Way Excel TS. Looking for replacement air filters for our Duo Therm Penquin air conditioner. 4.5" x 15". Any ideas?

My Coleman roof ac just has cheap open cell foam filters that just lay in place. Could you just get a washable roll of reusable filter material from Walmart and cut it to fit?
