Help with posting

Hi. I must be really bad at this? I wanted to do a post and I don't see it. Seems to be in my profile only. Now I have 2 in there so that just confirms I don't know what I am doing. How do I post to the forum.

I managed to delete the 2 posts I put in my private profile so I will try again.

Thanks Mike but what is the teh forum subject? I did post again and see it in the recent threads not sure this is were it should be?
