Trying to locate owners manual: Roadtrek Agile 2011 SS Ideal w/ Rear Slide

Hi,

I am contemplating purchasing the above model Roadtrek from my Uncle, who has grown too old to use it. The vehicle is has only been gently used and has been generally well cared for. He is willing to sell it to me for a very attractive price.

I am well aware of the Roadtrek company's financial woes but given the good condition and the attractive price I'm still considering the vehicle. Since the vehicle is well out of warranty now, as long as I can can be reasonably sure that I can arrange maintenance, repair, and spare parts, it is a good fit for my needs.

Unfortunately, my uncle (who is advanced in years) has misplaced the owners' manual. I'm pretty sure he still has it somewhere but his 80-year-old mind just isn't up to remembering where he put it. And I definitely want to get my hands on the owner's manual before I make the purchase decision. Unfortunately, due to the company's financial woes, Roadtrek's website and user manual archives are presently not available.

Can anyone help me locate a copy of the owners manual for this model? My own Google searches etc. have failed so far.
