Detailed (Fleet?) Service Manuals?

There must be more detailed manuals that Ford, Chevy, etc. service departments use that would be helpful for RV owners.

For example, I'd like to know what tools I need and how to go about removing and replacing the interior paneling, flooring,
ceiling panels, etc. in my 2008 Ford E-350 passenger van.

It doesn't look like Haynes publishes one for yours yet.
