what is the fastest wireless internet speed available

i was wondering what the fastest wireless internet speed ( and cost ) is for a pc that would be used in a van ? and do they only allow so much or is their nutrality and a one cost fee. i know someone who has a regular computer and he uses at&t wireless internet because he is in the country . it plugs into the usb port on his pc .

Yeah, something like a wireless card from a Cell company is the easiest and most likely the cheapest way to get some fast internet speeds on the road.
The other option would be satellite. I dont know if any of the companies that offer it have any sort of mobile dish for it, however it would provide a faster connection than the cellular network.

The other downside to that is the cost, last I checked, satellite internet access was kind of pricey.
