Coverting 16 passenger transit bus

So i just was given a running/driving 1993 Ford E-450 transit bus.....I am looking at a full RV conversion but have so many ideas going through my head....My question is if anyone on has done a conversion like this and if so, what to do's/not to do's can anyone recommend.





I am going to be using this primarily for a hunting rig, but taking the family out a couple times a year will be nice also........

Quite a daunting task, although there's plenty of elbow room.
Never done a conversion of any type, but I would begin by talking to those who have.
I doubt you'll find any on here, but rather see which conversion companies do projects
that size, and perhaps talk to them about do's and don'ts.
They might be a good source of info.

WOW! That is encouraging to say the least.
That bus looks pretty good after conversion, and I bet it
cost them less than our RT cost us when we bought it.
