The converter (controller?) doesn’t care if you have the van plugged into a 20amp or even 15 amp circuit, they are all 115v and that’s all that matters. You really only need 30 amps when running a roof air conditioner. I’d check the breakers on the converter but you really need someone with a multi-tester and electrical knowledge to measure the 115v into the converter and 12v out to the coach battery. I’d worry about that before dealing with the isolator which will charge the battery when the van’s running and at the same time keep the coach electrics from discharging the chassis battery. Best to have the two systems separate while you fix the coach side and shore power hookup.
