Angry truma heater control issue

I tried to reset my Truma CP Plus on my 2019 Beyond 22D RV. After reset, I get the time displayed, and can get the clock and tool icon, but nothing else (no menue or status displayed). In Tool/Index, C3.00.01 is displayed. Can get no choices in Reset or Pr Set. Heater breaker and fuse are good. Running on shore power.
Before I tried Reset, it seemed to be functioning, but I couldn't get the heater to come on. Help!

My guess is that the control panel lost connection to the Combi.

I'd call Truma. They've been very helpful with troubleshooting any issue I've had with mine.

I agree to call Truma. They were very helpful when my Truma started acting up. I ended up taking it to the Florida Truma location and I had two issues. One, the propane regulator had malfunctioned so there was not enough propane pressure to the Truma for it to operate. It worked on electric, not gas. Secondly, the Operating button had stopped working or worked intermittently, even on electric so I could not change modes. Turned out that Winnebago had not installed the Truma correctly and a screw under the button had backed out so the button could not be fully depressed. I guess mine was not the first issue like this that they had seen. They fixed both issues in a couple of hours and it has worked flawlessly ever since.
