Default Sprinter Electrical

I have a 2011 Sprinter Roadtrek that I have used a few times. Never any electrical problems at various sites. Newbie question--I plugged in yesterday morning and all worked fine. I got to a new site and I can't get juice from the supply. The power was checked at the source; the cable was checked; the light is on at the end of the cable and it showed power coming through according to the gauge. So power apparently is getting to the RV. This is a 30 amp cable--I do have two and neither work. (I even tried 15 amp plug in and that did not work). I have switched the inverter switch on an off after a few minutes and no luck. Is there something else to try as I run off batteries?

Easy enough mistake to make. And the GFI is easily tripped
