Default Solar-inverter-controller question

Hey gang, I have a new, to me, 2016 Zion. I have a few questions if anyone has the time/knowledge to help...
1. I had the coach battery disconnected and the inverter switch off and bumped the mascerator button and it turned on. It must be 12 volt, or else it should not have come on?
2. This is probably connected to #1, I had everything, I thought, off and over the course of a few days the house battery is slowly draining. I have 2 solar panels that I thought should keep it topped off when nothing is being used. What am I missing?
3. Is there a way to turn off 12 volt power to see if something is draining the battery or maybe the battery just needs to be replaced? Is the battery in the the inverter just to the left and below the frig?
Thank you!!
